i have been posting my progress with making icons with this base for my own goats in the discord, and i thought, maybe i could let others use this too, so here it is in both .clip and .psd format!

RULES

- anyone may use this base to make icons for their goats/ocs/etc

- you may NOT profit off of this base
(you can use it to make art for others, but it must remain for free)

- you may post anywhere, but you must credit me
(either by linking back to this thread, or adding "base by mutant" somewhere)

- !!OPTIONAL!! but if you use this base, i would love to see what you make with it :)

i'm not sure if the symmetry ruler will still work in the .psd version, but hopefully it does
if you are wanting to match the line thickness, i used a 20px brush (milli pen in csp)
